Breakfast wrap

Quick great idea for a brekky would be great for a lunch too.. if filled with a lovely salad and herbs .. YUM!

Ingredients:

2 x egg
Bacon medallions (remove fat)
Tomatoes
Any other ingredient you would like to add.

Method:

Crack eggs and mix with a bit of water (or milk from he), pour into large frying pan do it looked like a thin omelette.

Cook other ingredients.

Flip egg once cooked onto a piece of foil and place other ingredients in the centre then roll.
