A——Here

Was very sore after my visit to the gym yestarday ,so no gym today back tomorrow,

Breakfast ———– cereal bar and bananna

lunch ————– toasted sandwhich with lettuce and weightwatchers tuna

snack ————snackajacks

tea————- 2 rolls salad 1 pk low fat crisps

well thats it so far ,its 9.20 pm and i feelo very  hungry tonight, might have some ryvita maybe with bananna
