Its me again , just back from the gym , my induction went very well . Tried my excercise programe out and my goodness it broke a sweet lol. Sticking to healthy eating ,but have had a few hypos (low blood sugars) since monday,which ment eating a few cookies ,but with starting to get more active i expected that. I’m sure through time my sugar level will settle .
Had a cereal bar and bannana for breakfast
lunch is 4 slices of wholeweat cracker bread and dutch cheese and a peach
chicken salad for tea
wow lol that does sound and look healthy and to be honest i’m enjoying it .
No gym tomorrow i have my grandaughter ,but im sure she will give me a good work out lol.
