A— Here

Just a quick visit ,got weighed last weeki and as i thought im over 20 stone, but under 21,have been trying hard to eat healthy  and stick to it ,im not saying diet ,im saying eat healthy or healthier. Went and joined the gym today and managed to do 30 min on tread mil plus the walk to and from the gym is not a bad start .Would have to say my back and knee’s are very sore ,but i have an induction on wed morn ,so will see how i get on

I hear  B—- is doing great lost weight  thats fantastic , hope i can do the same ,
